Skin needling with the Angle needle can be performed on the skin of any part of the body including the scalp. This is the standard full size angle needle model, which consists of 192 very fine medical grade stainless steel needles in eight rows.

The Angle needle is sterilized and guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. We will replace any product found to have manufacturing defects within 90 days of the purchase date

How it works

By rolling the Angle needle on the skin, micro punctures and channels are created. This serves two purposes. First, it induces collagen/elastin production naturally by the skin through the release of growth factors. Second, by applying a topical cream/lotion/serum on the skin and rolling the derma roller over it, absorption and penetration of active ingredients is enhanced hundreds of times (normal skin absorption of topical application is as low as 0.3%) as they seep deep into the skin through the micro channels exerting their beneficial effects.
